2019 Beijing Daxing International Airport Trail Lighting

As a key supporting project of the national new power source project, Daxing Airport Trail Lighting System innovatively adopts 6,500 sets of customized ultra-narrow edge full-structure waterproof panel lights, reconstructing the light environment standards of the aviation transportation hub with millimeter-level industrial design accuracy, creating a "no-influence" lighting experience integrating functionality, artistry and sustainability.

The project overcomes the optical consistency problem of super-long continuous lighting belts. With an average daily flow of 200,000 people, the 3.2-kilometer trail has a breakpoint light connection with a gradient change of 0.01cd/m². After inspection by the China Academy of Building Sciences, the failure rate of the system was zero for 18,000 hours of continuous operation, and the photobiological safety level reached the RG0 exemption level, becoming a model case of aviation hub lighting recommended by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), redefining the light environment standards of intelligent transportation buildings.
